#I imagine that when he was sent back rory just sat down on the side of the road and held his head in his hands #didn’t move #tried so hard not to cry #but he was never going to see amy again so the tears came anyway #and he wasn’t sure he could do this #live the rest of his life without her #and then there was a crackling noise and he looked up to see that amy was on the other side of the street #red hair bright from the glow of a streetlamp #she looked around frantically hoping she’d been sent back to the right time #and rory rubbed the tears from his face and scrambled to his feet and called her name #and he thought maybe she wasn’t real #but amy ran across the street and into his arms #and kissed him over and over #called him a stupidface even though he hadn’t done anything wrong #and rory held her tight as she told him they’d never see the doctor again (ourprofoundbond)
“It’ll be fine, I know it will. I’ll be with him, like I should be. Me and Rory, together.”

And then the sad realization that they’re even more alike now.

#Wouldn’t it be just like Moffat #to have Rory walk off somewhere #and then he’s like ‘no i can work this out amy is my WIFE and i love her’ #and as he turns his back #a weeping angel and POOF there’s Rory gone 60 years in the past#and Amy’s left alone thinking that Rory left her forever (via winterinthetardis)
